My sweet friend Melissa and I spent some time last weekend lamenting the fact that we have been a bit un-bloggy lately. In truth, me: yes, her: no. Just run on over to her blog and you will see all kinds of adventures little missy has been up to. Never a dull moment with her. But, being the supportive friend that she is, she has put me up to a mutual challenge: we are to post a picture on our blogs every day for a week. Now, I'm already supposed to be doing this with my "Picture A Day" blog. Right. I had good intentions, but that blog has fallen by the wayside a bit thanks to the Time Sucker Also Known As Facebook. And I've posted lots of pictures there this summer, so I'm not actually giving myself too many demerits.
Anyway, so here is Picture #1 for the week. Taken down by the creek this afternoon. In Melissa's honor. She'll know what I mean.
