I just hate how work gets in the way of all my blogging time!
Michael started his second year of preschool this week. He is in the "4s" class this year and after one week is officially having a blast. Want to know why? Because his class has a bin of "dinos" that the kids can play with. Clearly, preschool is old hat to him this year. He trots into the building, chats up the director, and explains how the rules work. He's a pro.But let me tell you what: adjusting to being back at work (I am totally going to drop a few pounds because I do NOT have time to eat my lunch - which is great because my work pants all seem to have mysteriously shrunk over the summer), getting one kid started back into preschool, wrestling (um, not literally) the school about school bus issues, and settling the other kid into kindergarten has completely worn me out. Thank goodness for Mountain Dew. And a husband who can pretty much get himself dressed, fed, and out the door without me pushing him along the way.
Fall is such a busy time, but a good time at the same time. Did I say time enough in that sentence? : ) Glad you are getting back into the swing of things. I know it will calm down soon. But eat your lunch. My girl needs her energy to keep up with all those kiddos! Love you,
