Alan has been wanting a corner TV cabinet for our living room for quite some time. He thinks it will look a lot better with the TV, DVD player, etc. shut away from view. I'm not sure that anyone is really going to miss all of the other clutter in the living room due to a hidden TV, but I like to encourage any strides towards orderliness that he makes. Within reason. So, when he found this TV cabinet on Craigslist for a mere $75, we decided it was a good move. Unfortunately, all of our living room furniture is much darker than this, so I decided to refinish it this week. Nothing says, "Summer Vacation!" like a new project. Really. It's almost getting too hot for honeysuckle pulling, and I already have another round of The Poison from last weekend's yard adventures.
