I've been thinking about this for a while. And I hesitate to even say anything because as surely as I do, I will have to eat my words. And I'd really, really rather not have to eat my words on this one. I don't really have any explanation for this (maybe no more honeysuckle cover??), but our experience to date in 2009 has been highly unusual compared to past years. Being the living on the edge, crazy kind of adventure girl that I am, I'll just go ahead and put it out there:
We have had NO snake sightings to date yet this year.
