What a mighty good girl I've been this week. Lots of healthy eating, almost no snacking! Went running four times this week [Insert: patting self on the back]. If you need a visual of what I look like when I run, see picture below:
Now. I am pleased to report that I am officially five pounds lighter than I was Monday morning. That's what a week without a single candy corn will do for you. Am I ready for my bikini cover of People magazine? No. But there is slightly less pooch. Will probably try to lose five more pounds but not trying for more than that.AND, the wonderful side benefit to eating super healthy and drinking lots of water is this huge increase in my energy. It's been a full week, so thank goodness for that.
