I Miss My Camera Time

Ever notice that you aren't 300 people in one?  Ever feel like you want to be 300 people in one? So many things that I want to do, and not enough time to do them all.  Which I guess is not necessarily a bad thing.

But today I decided that I needed to dust my camera off and just play a little.  I've been experimenting/learning over the past year to only use the "manual" setting on my camera.  I'm sure these pictures can use more work, but it was fun just to mess around with aperature and ISO for a while today.

Geraniums on the front porch still going strong

Matthew and I found this goat skull in the woods a few years ago.
He wants it on the wall in his room.

Just a weed.  With a bee.

The poor little bird that ran into our dining room window.  And didn't make it.

  1. Great pics! I am not a photographer so I admire people who can take good pictures. Loving the skull..it is so cool. I deal with birds running into my window all the time and it always makes me jump about 10ft..

  2. Jules! How did I possibly not know you have a blog?? Silly me. This is wonderful.
Love the pics above. Geraniums have a special place in my heart, that one is my fav. I really enjoy taking pictures as well. It is quite refreshing to tap into things that we enjoy doing amidst all the hats that we have to wear.
    Can't wait to return....

We can all be sweet and kind, yes? I am so thankful when my Wonder Readers share their positive thoughts with me!
