Hard to believe that it's taken this long for our first snake to appear. It had to happen, though, after I posted this. I lifted one of the pots on our front porch today to retrieve the key I had left underneath (note to self: change hiding place now that I am posting this for the world to see!) and found this little fellow. It is a Ring Neck snake. Very little. And very proud to make the #1 spot on my Summer Snake Sighting List.Sunday, July 5, 2009
First Snake of the Season
Hard to believe that it's taken this long for our first snake to appear. It had to happen, though, after I posted this.
